Details of the Job/Internship
FABC LLC is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 6 months – 1 year of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise contracts and legal documents, including rights assignment agreements, licensing deals, NDAs, and service contracts.
- Assist with day-to-day legal operations, including internal policies and documentation processes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date legal records and ensure documentation flow across departments.
- Coordinate with both internal teams and external consultants for document execution, clarifications, and follow-ups.
- Stay informed on legal developments relevant to IP, content law, and digital media platforms.
