Details of the Job/Internship

Finagal Multiserve LLP is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Pune City. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, and managing matters related to property law and conveyancing. The role also involves ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting legal research, and supporting clients with effective legal solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Provide legal advice across various domains.
• Handle property law and conveyancing matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Conduct legal research.
• Support clients by delivering high-quality legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with a valid Sanad.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in law and legal advisory.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and conveyancing.
• Familiarity with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and legal correspondence.
• Additional certifications in legal fields are an advantage.
• Prior experience in legal services or a law firm will be advantageous.
