Details of the Job/Internship

Fracto Ventures Private Limited is hiring a legal executive to join them in New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Should have in-depth knowledge of Company Laws. 
• Should be proficient in all types of Drafting Work, including Agreements, NOC, Affidavits, MoU, Board Resolutions, Notices, etc. 
• Should ensure that all the documents are drafted, reviewed and interpreted as per applicable laws. 
• Should have the ability to Negotiate & Finalize the agreement. 
• To conduct internal audits, due diligence and to coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external parties. 
• Should have knowledge of ROC-Compliances to support and assist company’s CS & CA. 
• Should have strong knowledge of recurring ROC-Compliances such as OC-4, MGT-7, etc. 
• Should have knowledge of NBFC Compliances. 
• Should have prior experience of DNBS-02, DNBS-10 & DNBS-13. 
• To appear as an authorized representative for the company in any legal proceedings within the courts and outside the courts. 
• Should maintain the Legal Board of the company, updating the board of pending cases on a daily basis. 
• Should provide case briefs to the advocates and suggest what steps to take by providing Legal Research. 
• Should provide Legal assistance wherever needed. 

Salary/Stipend
