Frames Production Company Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in content production activities.
- Manage and protect intellectual property rights.
- Advise on legal issues related to media and entertainment law.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as required.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) with relevant professional certifications.
- Strong skills in legal drafting, contract review, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of legal regulations, intellectual property rights, and media law.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative working ability.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in the media or entertainment industry is an advantage.
