Geddit Convenience Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure the organization’s compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate law, compliance, and contract management, with the ability to handle legal queries and support business operations effectively.
• Conduct legal research on various topics related to corporate law, labor law, compliance, and contract management.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including agreements and notices.
• Support the team in preparing legal responses, notices, and other documentation.
• Help with compliance licenses and ensure that the company is following applicable regulations and laws.
• Maintain organized records of legal files, contracts, and related documents.
• Assist in handling legal queries and ensuring timely follow-up with internal teams and external parties.
• Provide support in liaising with external legal consultants and vendors.

Eligibility

• Legal Advice and Legal Document Preparation skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the e-commerce sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Experience working in the e-commerce industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
