Details of the Job/Internship

Ghar Soaps is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory obligations.
• Coordinate and manage external counsel for litigation and other legal proceedings.
• Maintain accurate legal records, case files, and documentation.
• Advise management on legal implications of business strategies, policies, and transactions.
• Draft legal notices, responses, and support arbitration/dispute resolution processes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate legal, compliance, or law firm practice.
• Solid understanding of corporate law, labor laws, contracts, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
• Strong integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
