Details of the Job/Internship
GoQuest Media is hiring Legal Executive with the experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research.
- Drafting and vetting of NDA, Deal Terms, service agreements, vendor agreements, Term sheet, MOU and internal agreements.
- Drafting of notices and replies.
- Contract management
- Assistance in legal audits and negotiation legal agreements.
- Draft and review appropriate reports in compliance with contract management processes.
- Assist in maintaining and updating legal templates and clause library.
- Providing legal advice/opinion.
- Co-ordinate with external legal counsels and firms.
- Keep track of all legal matters of GQM.
Eligibility
- Graduated from LL.M/L.L.B or related field.
- Candidate should be Transactional Copyright.
- Lawyers preferably from the Media and Entertainment industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
- Candidates must have 1- 2 years of experiences in handling film or television related contracts.
- Candidates must be adept at drafting, vetting, executing and negotiating film production related agreements, artist agreements, licensing agreements, copyright acquisition, licensing agreements etc.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a cross-cultural environment.
- Should be an effective communicator in English.
- Great attention to detail, with an open mind to learn.
