Details of the Job/Internship
Green Gold is hiring a Legal Executive to join its team in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, and manage contracts and legal documents.
- Maintain repository of agreements, notices, and records.
- Handle trademark and copyright filings and renewals.
- Provide legal advisory on commercial and contractual matters.
- Identify and communicate key contractual terms.
- Support stakeholders and act as a legal point of contact.
- Assist in negotiations with internal and external parties.
- Handle litigation, piracy matters, and coordinate with external counsel.
- Ensure compliance with court procedures and filings.
- Assess and mitigate legal risks.
- Assist in M&A and joint venture documentation and structuring.
Eligibility
- Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of IP laws, digital media, licensing, and e-commerce.
- Familiarity with TRAI regulations, Cable TV Act, and broadcasting laws.
- Understanding of CPC, CrPC, IPC, and economic offences.
- Proficiency in corporate law, labour law, litigation, and compliance.
- Exposure to M&A transactions and joint ventures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with sound judgment.
