Details of the Job/Internship
Growth Mind Enterprises Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Executive to handle legal matters related to real estate transactions, land use, zoning, leases, and development in their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction contracts.
- Conduct due diligence and title reviews.
- Advise on zoning laws, land use regulations, and property rights.
- Represent clients in disputes, litigation, or administrative proceedings.
- Counsel on property management, construction contracts, and financing.
- Coordinate with real estate stakeholders and authorities.
- Prepare and file deeds, mortgages, easements, and liens.
- Stay updated on real estate laws and advise clients.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable property laws.
- Assist in structuring and closing real estate deals.
Eligibility
- Experience with commercial real estate deals and developments.
- Familiarity with environmental and land use law.
- Background in litigation related to real estate disputes (optional).
