Growth Mind Enterprises Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of Legal Executive to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements including purchase contracts, leases, and development deals.
• Conduct legal due diligence and title verifications to proactively resolve transactional risks.
• Advise on zoning laws, land use regulations, building codes, and property rights.
• Represent the company or clients in real estate disputes, litigation, and administrative proceedings.
• Provide legal guidance on construction contracts, financing, property management, and development planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including developers, real estate agents, surveyors, and municipal authorities.
• Prepare and file real estate documents such as deeds, mortgages, easements, and liens.
• Monitor updates in real estate law and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex real estate transactions.

Eligibility

• Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate transactions and developments.
• Knowledge of environmental and land use law is highly desirable.
• Litigation experience in real estate disputes is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is required; LL.M. preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend
