Details of the Job/Internship

Hexalog Technologies Private Limited is hiring an In-House Counsel with experience of 2–4 years to join their corporate office in Gurgaon. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial, corporate, and operational contracts such as MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, vendor agreements, customer agreements, and technology agreements.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice to business, finance, HR, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, labour laws, and other applicable regulations.
• Support corporate governance activities including board and shareholder documentation and statutory filings in coordination with company secretaries and consultants.
• Manage the contract lifecycle including documentation, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and recommend practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Draft and implement internal policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
• Handle litigation, disputes, and legal notices, and coordinate with external counsel.
• Assist with employment-related legal matters such as employment contracts, disciplinary actions, and exit procedures.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of Indian corporate, contract, and labour laws.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
