Details of the Job/Internship

Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive with 0–1 year of experience to join their office in Panchkula–Chandigarh. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage arbitration proceedings.
• Handle matters under Section 138 NI Act.
• Assist in EP matters, consumer cases, and criminal issues.
• Conduct customer visits as part of the recovery process.
• Draft police complaints and support investigation follow-ups.
• Manage loss-on-sale recovery activities.
• Prepare legal reports using MS Office and Excel.

Eligibility

• LLB with up to 1 year experience.
• Local candidates preferred.
• Knowledge of arbitration, NI Act, EP, and consumer matters.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Salary/Stipend

Up to ₹25,000 CTC + attractive incentives.
