Details of the Job/Internship
Holistic Group is hiring a Legal Executive to join its office in Navi Mumbai. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, handling property registrations, ensuring compliance with property laws, and providing legal support for real estate transactions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, agreements, MOUs, and sale deeds.
- Handle property registration and revenue-related documentation.
- Liaise with government and revenue offices.
- Ensure compliance with property laws, RERA, and other regulations.
- Provide legal support to management on real estate transactions.
- Maintain documentation and records of all legal matters.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and statutory authorities when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Age between 25 to 35 years.
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English and Marathi (preferred).
- Moderate to strong financial understanding.
- Preferably a licensed lawyer or professional with a legal/revenue background.
- Experience in real estate legal work is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, registration processes, and related compliances.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
