Details of the Job/Internship

HSCC (INDIA) LIMITED invites applications for the position of Legal Executive with 2 years of experience to work with them in India or abroad.

Eligibility

• Total 02 years of experience.
• 28 years.
• A candidate should have knowledge of Company Laws, Arbitration Matters, service matters, Contracts, Civil & Criminal law. Candidates should have exposure to Employee Disciplinary matters.
• Should have hands-on experience in drafting of contracts, pleadings, contract Law, drafting of deeds, Licenses & Permissions, Agreements, Legal Document Preparation and also experience of appearing before Courts, tribunals, Arbitrators, etc for contesting/defending the cases.
• Full-time degree in Law from Government recognized Institute/University. Must be an enrolled advocate

Salary/Stipend

Payscale (IDA) ₹30,000 - 1,20,000/-
