Humming Bird Consulting is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with experience of 3-5 years to join their Jaipur and Ahmedabad offices. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review real estate contracts, sale deeds, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on non-litigation real estate matters, including property transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct due diligence and title verification for real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate property deals.
• Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• LLB degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate law and drafting legal documents.
• Strong knowledge of real estate regulations and property transactions.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
