Details of the Job/Internship
iEnergizer is hiring a Legal Executive with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Noida (Sector 60).
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, labour laws, and internal policies.
- Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities for routine matters.
- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation strategy and case management.
- Prepare legal notices, replies, affidavits, and related documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide advisory support on corporate issues.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain legal documentation and contract databases.
- Support due diligence processes.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and provide updates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate law with basic litigation exposure.
- Experience handling court matters and coordinating with advocates.
- Strong understanding of corporate compliance and legal frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
