Details of the Job/Internship

IG International Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join its Legal Department in Navi Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet various agreements, MOUs, lease deeds, and commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Liaise with external counsels for litigation matters and maintain case records.
• Handle FSSAI, Legal Metrology, Food Packaging, and PBR compliance.
• Support in negotiation, execution, and tracking of contracts.
• Provide legal opinions and assist management in risk assessment.
• Maintain systematic records of all legal files and ensure confidentiality.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate legal, contract management, or compliance.
• Strong drafting, communication, and research skills.
• Knowledge of customs law, IGST/GST, and international trade terms preferred.
