Details of the Job/Internship

IG International Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The role involves handling the company’s legal affairs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating with external lawyers, and supporting management in legal and regulatory matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, including agreements, MOUs, NDAs, lease deeds, and commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Maintain statutory records and assist in regulatory filings and compliance audits.
• Liaise with external counsels for ongoing litigation and prepare case summaries and replies to notices.
• Assist in negotiation, execution, and management of contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
• Provide legal opinions and support internal departments in identifying and mitigating risks.
• Maintain organized digital and physical repositories of all legal files and ensure confidentiality.

Eligibility

• LLB (mandatory); LLM preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate legal, contract management, or compliance roles.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Knowledge of international trade terms, customs law relating to import and export, and indirect taxes such as IGST and GST.
• Research skills on case laws.

Salary/Stipend
