IndoBevs is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
Advanced Excel Proficiency
- Use advanced Excel tools to manage legal data and generate reports.
- Support the legal team in data-driven decision-making and tracking.
Case Management
- Maintain records of ongoing legal matters, including litigation and compliance cases.
- Track hearing schedules, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Agreement & Contract Management
- Organize and monitor legal agreements with proper version control.
- Track contract renewals, expiry dates, and ensure documentation accuracy.
Document Management
- Manage both digital and physical legal documents using structured filing systems.
- Experience with cloud-based documentation tools will be a plus.
Court Procedure Support
- Assist with court filings, documentation submissions, and understanding of registry protocols.
- Maintain logs for case listings, court dates, and relevant updates.
Eligibility
- Graduate from any recognized stream.
- 2–4 years of experience in legal operations or legal administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, filters, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
