Details of the Job/Internship
Infojini Inc. is hiring a Legal Executive / Senior Legal Executive with 2–5 years of experience to join their Thane office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, analyse, and negotiate IT staffing and IT services contracts.
- Work on MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, renewals, amendments, addendums, and onboarding documentation.
- Assess commercial, legal, and compliance risks in service delivery contracts.
- Ensure contract alignment with company policies and U.S. labour regulations (preferred).
- Coordinate with Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, HR, and Finance teams during negotiations.
- Maintain contract records, track obligations, and support documentation compliance.
- Handle redlining, revisions, and overall contract lifecycle processes.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognised university.
- 2–5 years of experience in reviewing client-side contracts in IT services / IT staffing.
- Strong understanding of indemnity, liability, termination, confidentiality, IP ownership (IT context), and compliance clauses.
- Experience with U.S. client contracts preferred.
- Excellent communication and contract redlining skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift (07:00 PM – 04:30 AM IST).
