Details of the Job/Internship
IP Vidhi is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 1–2 years to join their firm in a remote, full-time capacity.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and external advisors.
- Manage case timelines and documentation.
- Oversee billing and practice operations.
- Support AI-assisted drafting, research, summarisation, and analysis.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, company secretary’s office, or similar setting.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for drafting, research, summarisation, and analysis.
- Strong written English and professional communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, document management systems, and basic spreadsheets.
- LLB from a recognised institution (preferred).
- Company Secretary Executive-level qualification or progress (preferred).
- Paralegal certification or formal training (preferred).
