Details of the Job/Internship

Isprava Group is hiring a Legal Executive with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft transaction documents including ATS, Sale Deeds, and Construction Contracts.
• Provide legal counsel on risk management and mitigation.
• Lead negotiations with purchasers and resolve client queries.
• Manage and track end-to-end transaction documentation till registration.
• Oversee litigation and coordinate with external counsel.
• Prepare documentation and obtain RERA project registrations.
• Support the legal team on additional matters as needed.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputed university in India.
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in a leading law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong transactional and drafting experience in Real Estate and RERA matters.
