Details of the Job/Internship

Janardan Farms and Resorts is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Nainital.

After the probationary period of 6 months, you will be absorbed as a permanent retainer employee of the company with all benefits. On permanent onboarding on a retainership basis in the company, the monthly payout will be a 25% growth in your salary. 

Please Note: Time is money in this industry, so you are requested to ensure that you only give consent for the interview when you are qualifying all the above-mentioned terms and conditions and don't waste everybody's time and money on this activity.

During the probationary period, you will be getting reimbursement per month as per the following qualification and experience: For LLB/LLM : 

• Court case filing in your power, 7 cases in 1 year: Rs 10000/Rs 12000 per month
• Court case filing in your power, 20 cases in 2 years: Rs 12500/Rs 15000 per month. 
• Court case filing 25 cases in your power, in 3 years and more: Rs 15500/Rs 18000 per month. 
• Court case filing more than 99 cases in your power, within 5 years: Rs 18500/Rs 22000 per month. 

Role and Responsibilities

• You will be engaged with the company as a legal Executive on a retainership basis with working office time presence (office starting at 9:30 am to 5:30 pm on all working days) and you will not be carrying out any job/ consultancy of your own in any form/place. 
• You can choose to post in Lucknow Stay and food facility will be provided by the company if you are posted in any other location than Head office in Lucknow.
• Apart from your location of posting, you will be required to attend the court case in any court, in any location of India. Traveling allowance and stay facility will be given as per the company norms. 
• On your shortlisting, you will be required to pass a pre-joining interaction session for 4 working days without any compensation only to judge your suitability for the job at Head office Lucknow. (Stay and food facility will be given for 4 days if you are a candidate joining from 100km away from Home location)
• Your performance will be judged by the number of legal jobs completed successfully of the total jobs given during the 4-day session, so as to qualify for joining. 
• After successful completion of the session, you will be onboarded. You will be serving a Probationary period for “SIX” months from the date of your joining. 

Eligibility

• LLB (minimum requirement) 
• AIB/COP number is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
