Details of the Job/Internship
JSHCelest Business is hiring for the position of Legal Executive to join their Bangalore office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Spearheaded contract execution process including procurement of e-stamp papers, conducting sanity checks on execution versions, and initiating signatures through CLM Tool.
- Systematize contract execution, retrieval process, highlighting gaps, and overall monitoring.
- Monitoring the process of renewals, ensuring contractual obligations, etc of key contracts.
- Coordinating with CLM Tool vendors to improve the tool's functionality, ensuring visibility and access controls are in place/upgraded, parent-child document linking is up to date, speeding up the report generation process, enabling bulk uploads, and resolving ad-hoc issues.
- Repository building, creating data rooms, assisting with due diligence queries and audit requirements.
- Support the team, on an ad hoc basis, with other contract-related requests that may involve review and redlining of contract drafts.
- Assisting the Legal Function in other paralegal activities.
