Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts and agreements.
• Supporting legal compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Conducting legal research and preparing summaries.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Assisting in dispute management and maintaining legal documentation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. qualification is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in real estate laws.
• Basic understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
• Strong drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
