Details of the Job/Internship

K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to handle compliance, contract management, and legal advisory functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and central laws related to real estate, land use, RERA, municipal regulations, stamp duty, registration, and other applicable statutes.
• Provide expertise in commercial, corporate, and business laws relevant to company operations.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as Lease Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and other contracts.
• Negotiate contractual terms with landowners, contractors, vendors, partners, intermediaries, and consultants.
• Coordinate with external law firms for due diligence on land and property acquisitions, including title verification and regulatory approvals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks to ensure compliance with all applicable frameworks.
• Evaluate ongoing and proposed projects for corporate law compliance.
• Conduct legal research on partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
• Maintain and oversee legal documentation to ensure contracts are sound and aligned with company policies.
• Review and update legal policies periodically as per changing regulations.
• Stay informed about changes in real estate and corporate laws.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or BA.LLB) from a recognized university.
• LLM or specialization in Company Law or Corporate Law is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Legal Consultant, Legal Advisor, or Legal Executive in a reputed company or law firm.
• Registered with the Bar Council of India.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of RERA and corporate law.

Salary/Stipend
