Details of the Job/Internship

Kamdhenu Group is hiring for the position of Legal Executive to join their office in Thane.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing a wide range of legal documents and agreements related to real estate projects.
• Providing sound legal advice on property law, land acquisition, title verification, and regulatory compliance.
• Handling conveyancing matters, including agreement for sale, lease deeds, and sale deeds.
• Examining and validating property-related documents to ensure clear title and legal soundness.
• Coordinating with external legal counsel, government departments, and registration offices as required.
• Keeping the company updated on applicable laws and regulations and ensuring full legal compliance.
• Supporting dispute resolution and litigation processes, if any.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
• Strong knowledge and experience in property law and real estate documentation.
• Hands-on experience with conveyancing and title verification.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable.

Salary/Stipend
