Details of the Job/Internship

KNS Infrastructure is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Executive with 0 to 3 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Researching property titles to ensure accuracy and legality.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts to meet legal standards.
• Efficiently managing cases and reporting updates.
• Handling miscellaneous legal tasks as assigned.
• Working independently with accountability.
• Kannada are mandatory.
• Examining property documents and preparing reports.
• Creating various legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintaining organized document records.
• Should have knowledge of preparing legal documentation, notices, letters, agreements, and contracts in the real estate business Conducting legal research and staying updated.
• Assisting witnesses for court appearances.
• Managing property title reviews and legal compliance.

Eligibility

• Qualification: BA LLB/LLM.
• Experience: 0 -3 years.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
