The position involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling property law matters, managing conveyancing processes, and assisting with contractual negotiations and obligations.

- Preparing and reviewing legal documents.

- Assisting with contractual negotiations and related obligations.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in law with a solid understanding of Property Law.
- Experience in legal document preparation and conveyancing processes.
- Ability to provide reliable and accurate legal advice.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; a licence to practice law is preferred.
- Relevant experience in the logistics or shipping industry is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
