Details of the Job/Internship
Larsen & Toubro is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Executive with 5 years of experience to join their Faridabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts Confidential, Joint Venture, Consortium, Service provider agreements, MSA and SLA’s.
- To review Invitation to bids (ITB), Request for Proposals (RFP) and advice business team on key risks.
- Handle litigation and Arbitration and respond to legal notices including NCL, Criminal and Civil matters. etc.
- Interaction with internal teams and external legal counsels.
- Co-ordination with Solicitors & Advocates.
Eligibility
- Experience – Atleast 5 years post qualification.
- Education – Graduation in Law. BL, LLB.
