Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring a Legal Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join their office online.

• This is a 100% remote working opportunity. In this role, you will work on various legal projects across multiple jurisdictions [the projects are not just limited to Indian jurisdiction]. 
• You get to work with a highly skilled, results-driven, and supercharged team always ready to take on new responsibilities. 
• Needless to say, you must know your basics well and must pay attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets is a must. Amazing writing & communication skills (spoken & written English) are an added advantage. We will not proceed with applications with grammatical errors. 
• Working hours per day : 8-9 hours .

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Research and Analysis.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Assisting in due diligence, documentation, and compliance for mergers and acquisitions.
• Advising on structuring corporate transactions to meet strategic objectives.
• Providing insights into tax implications for corporate transactions and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Assisting clients in tax planning and structuring to optimize financial outcomes.
• Managing IPR filings, registrations, and renewals across jurisdictions. Advising on trademark, copyright, and patent-related matters, including infringement issues.
• Advising clients on technology-related legal matters, including data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance with tech laws.
• Collaborating with teams to manage legal projects that span multiple jurisdictions.
• Building and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and timely delivery of services.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients on a wide array of issues.
• This role demands a proactive mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Eligibility

• We are seeking legal professionals with 1-3 years of experience in various disciplines, such as M&A, corporate taxation, corporate litigation, contract drafting, tech law, IPR & filing, and more.
