Details of the Job/Internship
Legalinsimple is hiring a Legal Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Thanjavur. The position involves legal documentation, advisory support, compliance, and research, with a focus on property law, conveyancing, and regulatory matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage legal documents and documentation.
- Provide legal advice and support across assigned matters.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with legal research and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address legal matters and client requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of legal records and documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher qualification.
- Strong knowledge of law and experience in providing legal advice.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and contract drafting.
- Knowledge and practical experience in property law and conveyancing.
- Proficient in understanding and applying legal regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the MSME or startup sector is an advantage.
