Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring a Legal Executive-cum-Legal Manager to handle litigation, corporate legal, and compliance functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Liaise with advocates, clerks, and law firms for end-to-end case filings, hearings, and court compliances.
- Track case dates, statuses, and updates through MIS dashboards.
- Draft, review, and vet notices, agreements, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Handle loan recovery, SARFAESI proceedings, arbitration, and Section 138 matters.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and support internal and external audits.
- Manage and mentor the legal team, allocate tasks, and monitor SLAs.
- Implement SOPs and maintain confidential documentation repositories.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and management.
- Provide regular case updates, handle escalations, and prepare recovery and compliance reports.
- Maintain case trackers, legal MIS, dashboards, and digital records.
- Assist with risk assessments and preparation of quarterly summaries.
