Levelx Micro is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 1–4 years to join their office in Mavelikkara, Kerala. The role involves supporting the company’s legal and compliance functions by reviewing regulations, enforcing internal policies, and ensuring that e-commerce operations comply with legal standards and marketplace requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, IT Act, data protection guidelines, and marketplace policies.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating vendor agreements, NDAs, SLAs, and internal legal documents.
- Monitor product listing compliance, seller onboarding rules, invoicing policies, and marketplace operational requirements.
- Support consumer protection processes including returns and refund policies, grievance redressal, and dispute resolution.
- Track regulatory changes and provide timely updates to management.
- Maintain legal records, documentation, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel when required.
- Handle basic legal correspondence, notices, and follow-ups.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in LL.B.
- 1–4 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or e-commerce legal roles.
- Strong understanding of Indian e-commerce laws and consumer protection rules.
- Good drafting skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and work in a fast-paced environment.
