Details of the Job/Internship

LoanMukt™ is hiring a Legal Executive  to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review a variety of legal documents.
• Provide sound legal advice to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Handle legal matters specifically related to property law.
• Manage and oversee conveyancing processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide strategic legal support to drive business objectives.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Law with specific expertise in Property Law.
• Experience in legal document preparation and conveyancing.
• Proficiency in legal research and staying updated on relevant regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience in the finance or debt management sector is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
