Details of the Job/Internship
LS Digital is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 6 months to 2 years to join their office in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing basic legal agreements such as NDAs, MOUs, Service Agreements, and Vendor Agreements.
- Support the legal team in managing contracts from initiation to completion, including documentation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales and Client Servicing to collect information and assist in finalizing documents.
- Maintain legal trackers, update contract status, and ensure proper record-keeping of legal documents.
- Assist in reviewing NDAs, Purchase Orders (POs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Scopes of Work (SOWs).
- Assist in drafting basic legal notices and correspondence under supervision.
- Provide support during client and vendor discussions by preparing documents and notes under guidance.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM qualification.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of contract drafting.
- Willingness to learn legal compliance and documentation processes.
- Basic legal research skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
