Details of the Job/Internship
LS Digital is hiring a Legal Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join its team in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing basic legal agreements such as NDAs, MOUs, service agreements, and vendor agreements.
- Support the legal team in managing contracts from initiation to completion, including documentation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales and client servicing to gather information and assist in document finalisation.
- Maintain legal trackers, update contract status, and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Assist in reviewing vendor and third-party documents including NDAs, POs, RFPs, and SOWs.
- Support drafting of basic legal notices and correspondence under guidance.
- Assist during client and vendor discussions by preparing documents and notes under supervision.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM qualification.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant legal experience.
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience are eligible.
- Availability to join within 30 days is preferred.
