Mahindra Finance is hiring for the position of Legal Executive to join their Kolkata and Kharagpur offices.
Role and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for Disposal Loss Recovery, and handling legal matters, particularly related to S.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with a strong understanding of the Negotiable Instruments Act, especially Section 138.
- Proficiency in Excel for MIS and data management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
