Details of the Job/Internship

Micro Mitti is looking for a legal executive with 0 to 3 years of experience to join them at their office in Indore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support legal research, advisory, and risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and regulatory laws.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts (NDAs, vendor & service agreements, etc.).
• Assist in corporate governance, filings, and documentation.
• Support IP filings (trademarks, copyrights).
• Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and regulatory matters.
• Help implement internal policies, including data protection frameworks.

Eligibility

• LL.B graduates (Bar Council enrollment preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience (law firms, internships, or in-house roles).
• Strong drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Interest in working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
