Details of the Job/Internship

Micro mitti is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 1–4 years to join their office in Indore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct independent title due diligence and verify ownership chains and encumbrances for land records.
• Review revenue documents and local authority records to provide legal opinions on land acquisition.
• Ensure organizational compliance with RERA, local land laws, and municipal development regulations.
• Handle documentation and follow-ups for project registrations and necessary approvals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate contracts, including Sale Deeds, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), and Builder-Buyer Agreements.
• Manage property-related disputes, legal notices, and coordination with external advocates for litigation strategy.
• Liaise with sub-registrar offices, municipal corporations, and RERA authorities for registrations and documentation.
• Identify legal risks in transactions and suggest proactive mitigation strategies.
• Support the development of internal SOPs and legal compliance frameworks.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized institution.
• 1–4 years of experience in real estate or property law (No Freshers).
• Mandatory hands-on experience in land due diligence and agreement drafting.
• Bar Council enrollment is preferred.
• Prior experience working with developers, real estate firms, or law firms handling property matters is preferred.
• Ability to handle project legal aspects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
