Details of the Job/Internship

M/s ASHVA Legal Advisor LLP is hiring for the position of Legal Executive. The Legal Executive will get the opportunity to directly work with Dr. Avinash Poddar, Advocate.

• Job Title: Legal Executive (Tax Domain)
• Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience. Fresh law graduates can also apply.
• Qualifications: LL.M, LL.B, CA, CS

Role and Responsibilities

• The candidate will be drafting work, including preparing various legal documents like writs, appeals, applications, and show cause replies.
• The candidate will conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• The candidate will assist in the compilation and organization of legal documentation.
• The candidate will handle procedural work related to departments and court proceedings.
• The candidate will collaborate with teams, as and when required.
• The candidate will maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal changes and procedures.
• The candidate will provide administrative support to attorneys/AOR and senior legal staff as and when needed.
