Mundeshwari Group is hiring a legal executive with 5 to 8 years of experience to join them in Patna office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting documents
• Organize and maintain case files.
• Assist court documentation preparation.
• Provide administrative support and ensure compliance with legal procedures
• Liasoning with external parties on behalf of the legal team.
• Knowledge of legal compliances related Real estate.
• Prepare legal letters, notices, and responses regarding real estate transactions.
• Draft and review real estate contracts such as sale agreements, lease agreements, and property transfer documents.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and industry standards in the creation and execution of legal documents.
• Review property-related documents such as deeds, mortgages, and legal surveys to identify potential risks.
• Assist in the management of legal disputes and litigation involving real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with external counsel in handling any real estate-related disputes, including boundary issues, title disputes, and tenant-landlord conflicts.
• Provide legal advice on matters relating to land use, zoning, property rights, and regulations specific to the real estate industry.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of real estate transactions and legal documents.

Eligibility

• Experience required - 5 to 8 years
• Industry - Must be from Real Estate Organisation
• Location - Patna, Bihar
• Qualifications - LLB(Full time) from recognized College/University
