Details of the Job/Internship
Namishree Infrastructure & Projects Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. The role requires handling the company’s legal matters, drafting notices, contracts and agreements, managing day-to-day legal tasks and reporting to Senior Management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review and finalize legal notices, contracts, MoUs, agreements and real estate documentation.
- Handle ongoing legal matters and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, statutory authorities and external counsel.
- Support property-related activities including title verification, due diligence and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements and legal files.
- Provide updates and legal inputs to Senior Management.
- Prepare reports, summaries and follow up on notices and legal correspondence.
- Assist in managing litigation, arbitration and dispute-resolution processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- 1–3 years of experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong understanding of legal drafting, property laws and contract management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage legal tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good research, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
