National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) – a joint venture company of Govt of India and States of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh is mandated for implementing the Namo Bharat project across the National Capital Region, ensuring a balanced and sustainable urban development through better connectivity and access.

Details of the Job/Internship

National Capital Region Transport Corporation invites appliication for the position of Legal Executive with Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Supervision of Court cases. 
• Providing legal assistance in Arbitration matters.
• Drafting of replies, petitions, applications etc. in consultation with engaged Advocates and concerned departments. 
• Attending Court/ Arbitration hearings & Liaison with Advocates.
• Due diligence/ vetting of documents w.r.t. Land Acquisition. 
• Drafting/ Vetting of MoU, Agreements etc. 
• Rendering Legal opinions on different issues posed by 
• Departments from time to time. 
• Legal Vetting of documents including RTI replies. 
• Review/ Interpretation of Contractual provisions. 
• Preparation of replies to Legal Notices. 
• Compliance of Labour Laws. 
• Processing of cases for empanelment of Advocates & Arbitrators. 
• Formulating terms & conditions of empanelment and engagement. 
• Processing fees of Advocates. 
•  Assistance in obtaining legal opinion from outside legal experts. 
• Attending departmental meetings and providing legal inputs which require regular legal knowledge updation by way of legal research.

Eligibility

• L.L.B/ (Full Time).
• Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary/Stipend

Working in pay scale Rs. 44900-142400 (L7) or above, OR - Last 3 years of service in pay scale Rs. 35400-112400.
