Details of the Job/Internship
NES Fircroft is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the Global Lease Support process and collaborate with Operations teams to create and review lease business cases.
- Track approvals and coordinate with stakeholders for renewals, terminations, and execution of leases.
- Maintain and manage lease records within internal databases and record management systems.
- Support lease documentation processes in coordination with Lease Support and Global Legal teams.
- Assist Accounts, Finance, and Treasury teams with audits, reporting, and query resolution.
- Review client documents including terms and conditions, code of conduct, and compliance-related materials.
- Prepare regulatory taxonomy compliance reports to ensure adherence to ESG and sustainability requirements.
- Resolve internal queries relating to executed lease agreements.
- Provide operational and administrative support to senior management for the Global Lease Process.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and familiarity with document management systems such as SharePoint or Smartsheet (preferred).
- Strong prioritisation skills with attention to detail and deadline management.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and escalate issues when required.
