NES Fircroft is hiring a Legal Executive – MSP with experience of Fresher–1 year to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to the Legal Director – Global Accounts and MSP legal team.
- Review service provider compliance documents and manage supply chain risk through audits.
- Prepare country-specific contract documentation and liaise with stakeholders.
- Use document management systems to generate business reports.
- Assess compliance submissions using legal and commercial understanding.
- Analyze information from multiple sources and provide recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to company code of conduct and policies.
- Produce compliance status reports for managerial review.
Eligibility
- Law graduate.
- Fresher to 1 year of relevant experience or 3 years of overall experience.
- Legal research skills.
- Knowledge of contract law, compliance, and international legal concepts.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Proficiency in database systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and understand when to refer matters to team members.
