Details of the Job/Internship
NH Studioz is hiring a Legal Executive to support its legal and business affairs team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including licensing, acquisition, distribution, talent, and production contracts.
- Conduct legal due diligence and verify chain of title for content assets.
- Monitor licensing processes to ensure contractual compliance and timely deliverables.
- Identify and address copyright infringements; coordinate with digital platforms and legal counsel.
- Maintain legal records and version-controlled documentation.
- Provide ongoing legal support to internal departments.
- Stay updated on developments in entertainment and IP laws.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree (specialization in IPR or Media Law preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in media, entertainment, or IP law.
- Strong knowledge of copyright, contract law, and licensing frameworks.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
