Details of the Job/Internship

NH Studioz is hiring a Legal Executive with 2–5 years of experience to join their legal and business affairs team in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate content licensing, acquisition, distribution, talent, and production contracts
• Conduct document due diligence and verify content rights
• Manage licensing processes and monitor compliance
• Identify and resolve copyright infringements
• Maintain legal records and support internal teams
• Stay updated on entertainment and IP laws

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree; specialization in IPR or media law preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in media, entertainment, or IP law.
