Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting leasing agreements as per requirement.
- Suggesting changes and improvements in drafts and agreements & scrutinizing the external drafts received.
- Explaining the outside party about the agreement clause& terms/ conditions.
- Liaisoning with solicitors / consultants / Government officials.
Eligibility
- Education: LLM / LLM.
- Work Experience: 3 - 4 Years
