Details of the Job/Internship

OPG Power Generation Pvt Ltd. is looking for candidate for the position of Legal Executive.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, vetting and Negotiating contracts and documents such as NDA, MOUS, Service Contracts.
• Experience in legal department of corporate or in law firm. 
• Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely
• Perform legal research specific to the case currently being worked. Should gather information in an organized manner and present it to the Manager.
• Experience in attending courts and Filing cases.
• Preparing team reports, legal reports and reporting to the Manager.
• Organize and track case documentation, making it easily accessible to team members who need it.
• Maintain the company’s legal databases. They should also use external legal databases as needed to gather more data for the case.
• Knowledge on Electricity Act, 2003, The Electricity rules, 2005 etc.

Qualification: LLB 

Experience: 0 to 1 Years
